Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Sub Committee of Directors at its Meeting held on the August 26, 2008, has allotted 20,73,770 nos. of ROCDs of Rs. 100/- each by way of Preferential Issue to M/s HDFC Ventures Trustte Company Limited ("HI-REF") at a price of Rs. 305/-. The said ROCDs are fully paid up. The allotment has been made in terms of applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and chapter XIII of Securities Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investors Protection) Guidelines, 2000 ("SEBI Guidelines")." Further the Company has submitted to the Exchange the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders on August 26,2008 through Postal Ballot. Now a days according to the market sceniro the Ansal Porpertie has updown in the range of 80 to 120. According to me in the september the banking scripts is bitting more compare to others. so stay away......

Real estate major Ansal Properties and Infrastructure on Wednesday said it will invest Rs 3,600 crore for developing a 270-acre IT Special Economic Zone and parks in the country.
The proposed 270 acre SEZ would consist of an IT zone, commercial zone, residential zone and a recreational area, a statement issued by Ansal Properties said.
\"These SEZ are aimed at growing IT and ITES companies who are choosing to set up centres in adjoining area of Tier I cities in view of global economic pressure to reduce costs and maximise returns,\" Ansal API Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Pranav Ansal said.
The company developed IT SEZ and IT Park would be branded as \'The Campus\' and \'Net City\' respectively, it added.
Ansal Properties currently has approval for setting up IT or ITES SEZs in Greater Noida, Gurgaon and Mumbai. -T H
