it is time to buy and accumulate now as the stock is undervalued. i can not believe that the combined entity of real estate arm and telecom is just 13000 crores. unitech has close to 10000 acres of land and hence combining with Unitech telecom the combined entity should be atleast worth close to 18000 crores. so it is time to accumulate the stock

govt. gives concession on investing in stock marcket ,i.e. if you keep invested ,your appreciation will not matter, so it beomes the duty of gov. & finance minister that they should watch the valuations so that money of investors may not be reduced to just 40%.otherwise each & every investor will curse them,after all it is democracy & we are playing with our hard earn money, not black money,how it is possible that instead of appreciation ,there is depreciation of our invested money in two yrs time,hereas it should had gone 20% above its value if invested in FDR of bank,...

Property delhi NCR is available on 30-35 percent discount this time ,but donot buy Property for 4-5 years it will fall,because internatinal Funding is close in Real Estate ,
There is no money from international banking,International bank jo khud diwaliya ha HAMARE YANHA KASIE INVEST KARNENGE ,THEY WILL TAKE 3-4 YEARS FOR RECOVERY

The price of this stock is goin to fall to levels of 50 Rs. just like how indiabulls fell miserably... The reason behind this is a person in the name of YOGESH who was one of the main financers of the company has had a conflict with the people at the high authority. he is shorting this stock... beware..... exit and book losses.... he was one of the main sources for the rental income of the company... he is now making all the top clients of unitech switch to DLF and Peninsula...

In this regard, the company has clarified as under: "We would like to clarify that Unitech Limited has not been sanctioned any loan by Standard Chartered Bank and therefore, the contents of the said news that the disbursement of loans sanctioned to the Company has been held back, is completely false and baseless. Dear marketman
The stock went from Rs.500 to Rs.35000 non-stop and is the finest examples of the bull run in Indian markets the trend has reversed the ones holding will the stock will feel the maximum pain as they are holding what is still overpriced. In a crisis situation the stock can move much lower and this is one of them.
