Boo Hooo to MB and her supporters....In return of the 300 acres of land she has lost a significant oppurtunity to create jobs, improve the economy, move towards industrialization, faith of people to do better as a CM in Bengal, future oppurtunities of any other industry setting foot in West Bengal...and much much more...It is a catastrophe that such leaders are in the power and get elected despite thier senseless behaviour......

It just beats us as to why the Government of Bengal gave a go ahead to Tatas to start work on the site if all the land had not been acquired fully to satisfaction of the farmers. And why did the Tatas start the work at all in the first place if some farmers were discontent about the farm lands being given from the beginning of the project?
We cannot force farmers to part with the land. But we should have a way to compensate them adequately before the project is started.
It is a lesson for all the state governments and industries.
The referendum held by farmers for a SEZ by Reliance in Maharashtra is a good way to start any project.

It's finally official. Tata Motors' Nano will not roll out of singur. After a one-hour meeting with the West Bengal Chief Minister, Chairman Ratan Tata said a decision had been taken to move the project out of the state. He blamed the decision on the agitation faced by the company in the state, and the threat to employee and vendor safety.

The Key person behind the Game is Bajaj brothers. They have the plan to release small car and more over they are worried about their NANO business. If NANO is successful in the market , Bajaj market will crash. There are some proof , Bajaj brothers and Mamtha have major hands in this activity.
Mamtha is not really bothered about the farmer . If so , she might worried about the direct and indirect employment of the farmer. Her objective is to stop the work because she has taken lots of money from other people. WB government has to enquire this issue with the help of CBI. She should be thrown out of WB.....

This is a sad day for India. A bunch of politicians decide to wake up for the cause of the farmers after Tata and their ancillaries have poured in 1500 cr. in to the project. What as Mamta doing all this time when the land got alloted to Tata in the first place.

The painful factor is that the people of the State have not given due thought. Their only concern is safeguarding the agriculturist whose lands are at stake. Positive thinking leaders are misguiding the agriculturists, whose sole concern today is to preserve the lands and save for their livelihood. True, anyone will think so. But is bail out package is not that difficult, if the State Government and the Industrialists concerned put their flow of money to mitigate the hardships. Sympathy with the supporting leader for the cause of agriculturists. But apathy lies in self gaining of image whatever said and done.
Surely Tatas are human and their role as Industrialists are born with human touch. The plain truth now is that they tried their patience for two years. Sad that even their contract labour are harassed, and no industrialist can run the establishment with fear and police protection, all the time. Even deploying their own security personnel to protect the workmen of the establishment.
The hard decision of Tatas are still at large to protect the human force. They did not bother of their financial loss. Such magnanimous people are needed for the country today. This is the land of sacred people.
Let us all bestow our support to Tatas in their venture and wish them all prosperity.

Surinder Kapoor of Sona Koyo feels that though it was a painful decision for Ratan Tata, people have been expecting the car to be launched this month. "Tata’s paramount concern was ensuring the security and safety of the people. Going forward we will support Tata Motors in which ever direction they go as vendors to the Nano project."

Its a late decision but correct..Der aayad durust aayad.. with yechris abd Mamtas no sensible enterprise can susutain in that State.. These so calleed leaders are not only anti-people but also anti-State and anti-national..they will never like prosperity for people as the poverty gives them political hold.. These anti-progress and anti-development leaders are just busy in killing the hopes and dreams of their own people...but its people who bring them back every time.. this time they might have gone too far...Lets hope so..There is no ;law against such enemies of welfare..unfortunately.....

Nuclear energy is extremely not commercially viable.
Initial Cost of setting up plant is 1.7 times that of Thermal power plant and close to wind turbine.
But Wind Turbine once installed doesn\\\\`t require any further costs like fuel or maintenance.
Only an idiot will build a nuclear power plant and sell energy.
If nuclear energy is so viable then USA would have made it their primary source of energy. USA still get their energy from Coal!!!
I just wanted people to caution on such bogus claims of 4 lakh crore investment in nuclear power.
With 4 lakh crore you can build 1 lakh Mega Watt capacity of wind power plants.
India currently produces 1.16 Lakh Mega watts power.
Web is full of information on current installed capacities. Future additions etc. Please do your research and you will make better decision.
