Hi,

Whats ur view on nifty's movement in the coming week??.
Can it keep its march forward and break 4400 levels....or else is it going to fall from here..

I wish I get into better state mind..
All I need is a little bit of boost a little recognition for what I do.. For the past 12 months, I have tried all the options..taken[invited] utmost risks but nothing went rewarded..
I have nothing left to try out..even to do MBA i need 20 lakhs...very costly world.
Am preparing myself for learning another lesson this life is going to teach...lol.it has aplently to teach

Going forward I dont have any reason why I should continue with the markets. Infact i am at the lowest ebb of my confidence as I feel that i am not keeping pace with this madly growing cost of living.. I am torn between wavering thoughts...whether to do MBA..whether to concentrate in the current job..whether to buy a home or not..if yes how can i manage to churn out money for that...What ever I do wealth creation seems to be a dream waiting for some miracle to happen..
too many thoughts leaving too many worries. Am jus a restless soul now a days...Feeling too tired..

I have no second thoughts on the points listed by you in support of a bear market. Its time for me too to think twice about markets before taking any positions.
At the same time we should not be caught short when market rallies for no apparent reason. Very dangerous waters to sail...

As a trader I would like to know how strong are the chances of touching 340 is what i know.. coz a +10% rally from here , by no means a trivial one , can be ignored[am I right??@@!!]... Infact I will be happy if it can touch 320.. [Also I still remember u saying that markets can spring a surprise by goin up to 5200...but even here I will be happy if it can touch 4650..]
I have a strong feeling thst inflation may not go up from now on..
Time will tell whats there in the store for us.

Yes very fishy movements as far as rupee is concerned. Whats behind the doors...lady or a tiger..I dont have the tenacity to open it.
Am reviewing my take on the markets on a daily basis.
DOW is near it strong resistance levels for 11800.. a closing above that is a positive signal for the markets....atleast for one more day..lol..

In my idea , when you have a losing position you should make a decision to come out with out any hesitation or If you beleive that the slump is temporary then have enough cash with and keep on rotate till you get the Price. Daer karthik, If you feel so , try to stay away from market for some time. Never lose your confidence. I had been in what others called as hopeless situations taht too for decades and nobody imagined a situation where I am now. Just my self confidence did the miracle. Wavering thoughts are the worst enemy. Go for the MBA. You are young and have lot of time. Forget wealth creation or a home now. Just concentrate on building a strong foundation for your career. My suggestion will be to take a break from actively trading. Invest in good stocks and forget everything else. An investor always earns more than a trader. Enjoy the life and without that what ever you earn is a waste. Take a pledge that you will be happy what ever happens. Feel the difference. With best wishes nadhi...

Huge shorts in Hdil can pull it up all the way to 340, fundamentally its still weak, a 10-12% jump is all a technical call! About Nifty, well my own gut feeling says, Nifty may touch 3900-4000 in september, i was asked to stay away from my trading friends as they say there will be an rally upto 5200 before we enter a very robust bear market. Even today the rally was not justfied, a gain of 146 points on nifty for nothing! Inflation is still pretty much the same(it wouldnt make any difference till it comes down to 8%), highest interest rates in the world, GDP down, High Crude Price, gold at $850/ounce, rupee deppreciating, Deficit increasing, pay commission increase, lower agri output, FDI slowing, and so many reasons to why i say markets will see lows which one has not even imagined! Slowdown is inevitable, not a single issue which points out towards nifty going towards 5000 or higher, I was told to avoid markets, well it was their view, but my view is the same still, also the nifty stocks are trading very high, in terms of PE, it is not possible that the story changes over night! We are in a mode of slowdown, now there are two kinds of people playing in this markets... one of them say nifty will see 5200 the other say 3600, now it is a clear sign that we see nifty gaining 146 points for no reason! nifty never gained so quickly even in bull markets, moreover, Gap up openings are dangerous, today we saw 80+ and then ralllied upto 146+, well the upper 66 points ok, its justfied as it had buying, the Gap up of 80+ points will surely be taken off! it is a pure trading markets, stocks losing 6% and gaining 6%, i don think this will take nifty to 5000 levels, or may be it may... but frankly speaking, nothing is with the markets, all the news are against it! so i rather be short on nifty such high rally days, for its sure it will break down. Never to forget, we still are in a bear market, bear market does see rallies, but bear market doesnt mean we will see rally(bear market rally always). my Gut feeling says, Nifty at 3900-4000 at this sept Expiry! Dear karthik, It seems that RBI is allowing the rupee to depreciate. Why it does so is known only to them. Defenitely something fishy there. I am almost inactive as far as the market is concerned. I dont even look up at the market movements now a days. The next few months will continue to be erratic. Tread and trade carefully. regards nadhi ...

Hdil is only a buy for a jump upto 340... max! Construction and realty are still not a buy, i still see a correction in the markets,(Remember we still are not a cheap markets, we still are the costliest in the world right now) Regards...

Generally This Locking seems to be working OK, But once you have locked like that you are not going come out with out a loss, and you need to be really accurate if you want to come out, or you can keep on roll over the Two deadlock positions till positive or negative news comes out for that counter , so your waiting time will be more. I have tried deadlock positions few times, but I do take the positions immediately rather than waiting for two days. Regards Aru...
