Real estate has been down trend to flat for at least four years here in east Canada.....condos will ready in 2011.....Aprox three years from now..... for now we just putting 10% down payment... even 10% will b paid over six months...... recession will effect western Canada more where there has been a boom in late times.....our economy in east is more of manufacturing one..... with our dollar loosing ground it actually brings a boom......even than we are splitting the risk in between five of us........ units are priced at $ 550.000 both altogether so I will b responsible for one 1 lakh dollar...... we hope to sell them for $ 750.000 on completion.......
