Indian Diamond Industries is facing rough weather.Moreover global slowdown never went good for Diamond and jewellery industry. See Vaibhav gems 2 years back it was 400 and now 29.I will buy goldiam if it comes to 15-20 but Suraj is big NO NO

Prime Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Approval of Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2008 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Reports of the Auditors and Directors thereon;
2. Declaration of Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company @ 15% (Re 0.75 per equity share of Rs 5/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2008.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. R Ramachandran as a Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. Gandhi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, in place of the exiting auditors, M/s. Chandabhoy and Jassoobhoy.
5. Implementation of Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008.
6. Extension of the benefits of Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 to the employees / directors of Subsidiary Companies....

And prime securities not having any retail presence or institute presence in broking segment. So it should not be treated as financial service conpany at all.This is pure investment company and based on 50% NAV of their investment current market price should be around 10

Which foreign partner?? They are all sinking in wall street. Merrill and lehman are done. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are left and will go belly up shortly.
Brokerage business are done and out. I booked very heavy losses and come out.
I would advice others to do the same. Given the global Scenario this stock can go potentially to zero(Bankrupt). Use every rally to sell.
In my opinion any price is a good price for this stock unless something special happens which is very unlikely!
