Omaxe Limited has informed the Exchange regarding intimation sent to members of the Company under Section 302 and 259 of the Companies Act, 1956. Further the Company has submitted to the Exchange a copy of Abstract of the Terms of Re-appointment of Mr. Rohtas Goel as Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Sunil Goel as Joint Managing Director of the Company including Remuneration thereafter and Memorandum of interest pursuant to Section 302 of the Companies Act, 1956.
