Price : BSE: Rs 103.35 ( -4.48 % ), NSE: Rs. 103.20 ( -4.67 % )
Simple Economics:
2000-Dot Com Burst;
Infosys, Wipro, Satyam lost between 70-90%

Now, in 2008-Same treatment to Real Estate companies
Unitech, DLF, Parsvanath etc.,
it hasn't lost 90% yet. so, it might half from 80% down & then reach 90% down.

Please get out of Real Estate; I observe that even the promoter Anil Harish is not having interest & sold off major shares.
No wonder UNITECH came down from 600 levels to 150 levels.

I think Platinum Corporation is much much better compared to these non-sense - DLF, Unitech boards;

Please let me know your opinion.
