Totally agreed Sir, in case of unforeseen calamities/attacks. But what is the flashing of IIP numbers every week sense about ? Contracts take time to develop dont they and what if we have a Bull-whip Effect, All the ppl do not understand that. Neither do they go for Base Effect in this case of numbers....

Did you expect one week before that Taj and Oberoi will be attacked by these terrorists. Not really. But they have attacked. It will hv its impact on market as well. Similarly, we cannot expect/predict some unforeseen events that are likely to come in future and market cannot discount those uncertain events right now but will patiently wait for that event to happen and then the impact will come on the market. So best thing is just wait and watch market for some more time. Thanks.

L&T is very attractive now. It is below the price of ESOP given to employees. With order booking of next three years, Power Plant Investments, Railways orders , Defense and Nuclear capability it is a safe bet for future. These sectors are not going to slow down....

Larsen & Toubro, India`s leading engineering and construction company, announced on Tuesday that Building & Factories Operating Company, a newly formed part of its construction division, has bagged orders worth Rs 14.5 billion in the third quarter of 2008-09 for the construction of IT and office space buildings including add on orders from ongoing works at its airport projects.
The orders for construction of IT and office space buildings have been received from major players around the country including TCS & Godrej Developers.
These orders enhance the order book of the company which had secured major design-7-build orders in the airports IT parks and commercial space and L&T has a significant market share in these segments

This is the right time for the people to invest for long term holding. Those who are trapped at higher level that is about the time of bonus issue may have to wait for another 6 months min....

Stock market does not behave only on theory always. Of course market discounts the strength/weakness that are visible in the economy but not that may come unnoticed.Thanks. ...

The present weakness in the market will continue for some more time. We just hv to wait for right time. Time wise correction is still pending.

Rate Cuts , Auto Bailouts, Just New Announcements of posts by Obama; not that people selected will decide the future but the thing of 300-400 point rally which breaks down the next week..hehhe,..., IIP numbers, US job claims, CONFIDENCE index: now where the heck did it come from.... and bla bla.. bla.. what else sir...
I would like to know your views too, i have just started and seen the fall/butchery of my century in stock market.... so gathering knowledge...
1 more thing, when would the investments or rally occur due to fundamentals of company....
