SoftBPO is going to carve a niche own its own. The company is taken over by Morakia Family who were earliar Promoter of Sharekhan and Legend of the stock market. The company has a very thiny capital of 150,000 equity share of Rs. 10 each agreegrating to Rs. 15 Lacs. Promoters held 60 % stake and balance is with the public. i.e. 60000 share are in the market. The company propose to make a rapid progress in media and entertainment which it is already into since last decade and has produced some of the very fine movie Bech Like, Mansoor Wedding, Nainya etc. The group has also taken over Amar Chitra Katha and propose to come out with television serial. The company has propose a rights issue of 40 rights share for every share held I strongly recoomend this stock and am very much bulhish. ...
