Tata motors looks very bullish on the cash side but bland on the FNO side.

Whats the buzz?

It has had 8 point jumps in ADX and MACD fast line and histo indicate bullishness.. eldery ray too supports the bulls here...

FA:
For 2006-2007 its

EPS has been 49.65 giving it a PE of 12.
Growth has been 25%, so its not so bad PE wise.. coz PE is less than half the growth..

Others in this sector are swaraj mazda, ashok leyland, force motors, eicher motors.

Ashok Leyland has grown by 34% and its PE is the same... doesnt ashok leyland seem like a better bet? But tatamotors is also into cars adn jeeps and its recent acquisitions and the economy car nanno could dent its profits in the car and jeep vehicle so lets look at it for its LCV and HCV alone, even then ashok leyland seems better.

Or hav i got my FA all wrong? Anyone/

As far as TA goes , 75% of the times i have been wrong so am askig for views its not a recommendation.
