In Mumbai an apartment owner actually only owns the share certificates of his flat, not the original civil construction of the flat itself. Neither does he own the land on which the building stan...

I saw some of your posts. I am sure you wil appreciate that half of the reasons for the carsh today and economic poodle is due to high property prices..DLf and the rest are partly responsible for...

DNC,you are right but if you see mkt capitalisation of DLF n HDIL,DLF definitely much higher n if you see their assts n valuation then also DLF scores over HDIL But stock mkt doesnt play only on...

It applies to blue chips too!!. But blue chips will have an advantage over others. People atleast accumulate during their downtrend and wait for good days!!...

Dear Mokshag, DLF is a Face Value 2 stock and HDIL is face value 10 stock. So inherently DLF is right now quoting around INR 1600. On a valuation basis DLF is still being traded at a huge premiu...
