i really wonder why parsvnath has fallen so much. reality is bad investment right now but parsvnath could not withstand fall anytime, whenever the other shares recovered it remained silent and du...

Simple Economics: 2000-Dot Com Burst; Infosys, Wipro, Satyam lost between 70-90% Now, in 2008-Same treatment to Real Estate companies Unitech, DLF, Parsvanath etc., it hasn't lost 90% yet....

There may be some relief rally into this sector but as an industry, don't expect good return in next 2-3 years....

In my sense real estate stocks and financial stocks are near their bottom....and when there will be relief rally sooner or later these sectors will be the leaders in stock market.......

Purchase below 100, for a long term view. Parsvnath will surely come below 100 in the next 6 months. Infact it will come to 85 levels. Why pay 20 rs more when you can wait and get such a discount...

I am here talking about new investors who is interested in real estate stocks. Even if you buy at 120, there is no sure that wont come down to 80 or will touch 200 and then it never go back below...
