Measly 25 per cent dividend. Promoters want to increase their shareholdings by issue of warrants. Share price likely to be kept suppressed for long period of time. Will investors have necessary patience or dump it. Dont expect investorfriendly actions from the management

Hey ppl I am game WTF is the management doin ???? right now the company has got around Rs.26 of cash per each share after paying of all the longterm debt and current assets........ which is the present market price.... it means u get all the other assets i.e current and fixed for freee... !!!!!!!!!!!! at prima facie they seem stupid !!!... but guys dont sell it... incase we cant do anything about it then... ......we need patience... promoters will strive to increase the share price after the resolution... and then we can exit this counter when its rises... ...

i can`t understand why you are still invested in the Co. when you have lost total faithin the management. Exit ASAP. there are investors waiting to enter this stock at this level.

i can`t understand why you are still invested in the Co. when you have lost total faithin the management. Exit ASAP. there are investors waiting to enter this stock at this level....

Its high time we all get together and create a forum
we can not depend on regulatoe or even moneycontrol to adress our issues.Lot of overseas funds have been diverted to promoters group companies.Or else how can Dhuru make so much of investments in his wine business with 400 acres of vineyard. need an through investigation of funds

I am also ready to give my proxy.
I think some internet savvy person should start a blog or where the people can post details of their holdings which they are ready to give proxy for to defeat this resolution. We cannot depend on Moneycontrol site for this activity. We should also contact all the share holders holding more then 1% shares to be a part of this movement.
With this very low promoter holding at present, the resolution can be easily defeated.

Aftek raising capital to cheaply increase the stake of promotors by issuing warrant at Rs.32. They are keeping 400 crores in banks without any use. The promotors purposefully reduced the dividend to cheapily increase the stake. Anybody going to the AGM ? I am ready to give proxy to anyone to stop these idiots to incease stake cheapily and raise capital to buy useless Digihome stake. No one interested in Digihome stake.

Promoters of TD and Aftek are twin brothers.One settled in Chennai and the other one is settled in Pune. But their fraud network cover entire part of India....

Aftek raising funds for buying Digihome stake from same promotors . Nobody wants Digihome stake and nows wants to sell it to Aftek and for that purpose they are raising $25 million including warrants @convertion rate of Rs 33 to promotors. Aftek keeping 400 crores in banks....
