Classic Diamonds India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 24, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. Approval of audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To consider the declaration of dividend, if any.
