Is it true that Aban has a debt-equity ratio of 16? If that is indeed the case then it is no wonder that its being sold off. Can`t possibly recover for two years. Please can anybody shed some light on this...

I have been giving SELL call right from Rs.2500 in this board when entire world was giving BUY on ABAN - Emkay, SSKI,PARAG PARIKH, Morgan and all the blokes. I gave sell call at Rs.1750 and gave a target of Rs.1200 . It was acheived (just short) .
I earlier gave a further low target of Rs.500 that was with certain information I had that time . I have got some clarifications on this.
Now go and BUY it without any worry. In worst case it will go to Rs.1100 due to margin call trigger that is it.

Its all coz of the Selling pressures seen in all sector including RIL. Almost Every stock is at their 52 week low. so it was bound to happen. In this selling senario the stock which got the recent gains will loose all its gain.Nifty heading towards 3000 mark so hope for the best...

right now the condition of market is very bad, one need to be patient and wait for couple of yrs and average out the investments as per capacity.Dont sell in panic,In such situations we always tend to think that I will loose all money, and start selling.DONT DO THIS.
Just go away , relax, watch movies, forget about market..but do turn back after couple of months or so and try to average out...

Technical:
It is oversold for sure and will go down another 10-20 percent considering the following trend/sentiments
Fundamental:
Strong company with good orderbook, niche business with ample growth prospects, good past results, decent PE, good management.
Reality: A lot of people like you and me are sitting over a loss of almost 70 percent and wondering what went wrong!

technical analysis, SOT candle stick double shoulder pattaern oversold position etc. etc. all such theories are rubbish and irrelevent in the present global turmoil. These theories may hold good only under ideal conditions. So, better don`t waste valuable time of yous as well as fellow boarders. we shall thank u to come out with some practical and fundamental analysis of sectors and stock specifics. I dont mean anything offensive.

I agree with LongTermSam. Taking a breather is the best solution for those who are witnessing their investments turning into rubbish. Fundamentals are fine, growth story is intact and companies like Aban are not going to shut their shops anytime soon. It is a strong company and there is no reason of such panic among investors.
Hang on to your holding; albeit for a longer time (1.5 to 2 years) an you will earn decent profit. Don`t sell, don`t buy now. Start buying, bit by bit after another 10% fall, so that you can average it out. Then go for a long sleep!!!!!!!!!...

At the current Speed Of Trend (SOT analysis), ABAN is ALREADY OVERSOLD on RSI. Possible buying opportunity.

Kis kis ko pakdoge....All have given say Goldmansach,JP Morgan, sharekhan,indiainfoline,reliancemoney,P Liladhar,emkay, citigroup all have given call for the target between 3500 t0 4000.Don`t know what is the wrong with ABAN.It is the responsibility of management to come and tell the status.
