ISPAT all set to Bounce Back

I strongly believe that fall in ISPAT is almost over and its a BUY for ISPAT. I has fallen more than 60% which is what is assumed to be biggest correction. I know this is not a fundamentally good stock but it is mostly driven by speculative and speculative stocks gives more returns in ST than any other stocks. Also you can easily see that there are more buy orders than sell which shows +ve sign and also whenever there is fall because of sensex fall this is the first stock to recover faster than any other. Comments are welcomed...

just by mentioning ISPAT is not good does not make the stock bad. See how strong support it has got at 15. A slight improve in Nifty makes the ISPAT share value cross 15 soo easily, in such case how do u say that its very bad. I know that its fundamentals are not so good but its a speculative stock and for traders speculative stock are of much concern than fundamentals. If u r a long term investor then we need to think about fundamentals

Accummulate another 2000 Nos. at Rs.10 and average. That is the only way, steel is falling. It is not SAIL,it is the old Nippon Denro Ispat promoted by some marwadis, in which many analysts like Hemen Kapadia said dont invest in this stock and another Essar Steel, as they have no faith in their management. What I hear is it will even touch rs.8/-.

The strong support of 17.75 is lost and it may hit a bottom of Rs.10/-. So before any buying in this counter especially when steel industry is melting down, keep a watch for a week. The fire cracker for US half percent cut may be for one day, again by evening people will take their profit. My view is to wait for one week to enter in this counter i.e: before friday next week. Inflation may dip further next week, and the free fall will be some what arrested....

I have got 2000 shares of ISPAT at 30 rs. I bought them after listening to news about their to be investments in Madhya Pradesh and other places, so I think the company is well placed. Can you explain why you are saying it has not got good fundamentals. I guess the share price is dropping because of global recession and the steel prices. I wonder if I buy ISPAT at the current levels!...

I wonder why you r informing us about your share price and number. Very soon our jealous eyes will make your fortune tumbled. My findings are that here we r all traders and always sell shares with 3-30 percent profit. You too will sell your share at 28 and next time you will be caught at higher levels like me at Rs. 34 per share. Still averaging from 50 levels but cannot exit.

Shucks man...if what you have said comes true then I will be in a bigger soup. But I am begining to have more and more faith in the Rs 8 prediction of yours. Look at the 600 point debacle today morning. It sure seems that way. Given where we are, it might be worth it to focus upon the large caps and buy them at these levels. These are "once - in - a - generation" levels. And the fundamentally strong large caps like L&T, Reliance, BHEL, Tata Steel should be sure winners in 24 months.
BTW...would you know the internal health of ISPAT? As in how is the company faring fundamentally...I could not find out much on that....

Why people discuss over Ispat`s future after going through my analysis printed on 30th Sept,where I clearly showed that Ispat will touch Rs.6-8/-in December.Wait till December then you will get 3 times more ispat with the same money.

Folks, it seems the market still hasn`t bottomed out. The more I read the more I am convinced that it will come down to 10600 levels by November(maybe earlier, at this rate). The credit crunch will show its true colours 2 to 3 quarters from now. And that`s when the real slowdown will kick in. This means demand for iron / steel is bound to fall further. Arcelor has already cut down production. Prices for steel are falling globally. And hence I think there are gloomy days ahead for all metal counters. ISPAT will fall further. For those who haven`t bought, pickup below 13. I hold 9500 @ 21.3. So I going to forget about this investment for the next 12 - 24 months. Happy trading and you, stay green.
