There are two types of documents which credit card issuing banks look for while processing the application and conducting a credit appraisal of the applicant.

Given below are the documents, which are required by the banks to be submitted along with the application for processing of the credit card appraisal of the applicant.

Residence Related:
Any one of the following documents will do.

  • Ration Card
  • Driving License
  • Electricity bill
  • Telephone bill
  • Society payment bill
  • Voter's ID
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN)

    Qualified Professional

  • IT clearance certificate (last 5 years) from the date of application.
  • IT returns for the last financial year.
  • IT assessment order with anextures for the last financial year.
  • Last six months bank statement photocopy.
  • Audited Profit & Loss A/c & Balance Sheet.
  • Advance Tax Paid Challan (minimum 2 consecutive quarters).

    Government

  • Last two months salary slip.
  • Latest salary certificate or monthly pay slips of the employee with break up.
  • Last two months computerised pay slip.
  • Latest copy of tax deduction at source-form 16 (TDS)
  • Last six months bank statement photocopy.

    Proprietors / Partnership
    Latest copy of tax deduction at source-form 16 Form No. 10 CCAC (exports unit) for the financial year.

    LIC Agents/Contractors
    Tax deduction at source-form 16

    MNCs
    IT returns acknowledge form for the latest financial year. Appointment letter with salary detail

    Private concerns
    IT returns acknowledge form for the latest financial year. ITO Assessment Order
